At Top of Descent Leadership Institute, we recognize that true mastery doesn’t always come from a classroom — it’s earned through leadership, decision-making, and solving real problems in the field. That’s why our Fast Track Certification Program is designed for professionals who have already demonstrated excellence in action.
This program offers a streamlined path to certification through a portfolio review, allowing you to earn industry-recognized credentials without completing a full course, if you meet the eligibility criteria.
âś… Who Qualifies?
This path is built for those who have already done the work:
E-6 and above (military) or equivalent GS/civilian roles
First responders and career professionals with proven field experience
Individuals who have led projects, solved real-world problems, or trained others in the certification’s subject area
🔍 How It Works:
1. Submit Your Portfolio
Upload documentation that demonstrates your experience and skill, such as:
Project reports and execution plans
Training sessions you’ve developed or delivered
Leadership evaluations (FITREPs/EVALs, OPRs, etc.)
Tools, systems, or process improvements you’ve created
Awards, performance appraisals, or command recognition
2. Review & Interview (if needed)
Our credentialing team will evaluate your materials. If clarification is needed, we may schedule a brief 15–30 minute interview to confirm your expertise.
3. Certification Awarded
Upon approval, you will receive:
A professionally issued PDF certificate
A verifiable digital badge to showcase on LinkedIn, resumes, and email signatures
“You’ve already done the work. Let us validate it.”
