They are designed to provide practical, mission-ready knowledge for professionals seeking to strengthen their foundational understanding of AI-assisted decision making, workflow integration, and responsible AI use, especially in military, government, and operational environments.
Artificial Intelligence certifications
Certified AI-Enabled Leadership Professional (CAILP)
CAILP is a certification for leaders, managers, and operational professionals who need to put artificial intelligence to work responsibly and effectively, not just use an AI tool, but understand how to implement, evaluate, and lead with it. Across 16-18 hours of instruction, participants build practical skills in AI and LLM fundamentals, effective prompting, AI-assisted research and analysis, workflow and process improvement (including Lean Six Sigma/DMAIC integration), project management applications, human-in-the-loop design, and responsible AI governance. The program is platform-agnostic and not a coding course; it's built for military, government, and operational professionals who need mission-ready judgment, not vendor-specific tool training. Certification requires passing module assessments and a rubric-graded capstone project applying AI to a real workplace problem.

Certified AI Process & Automation Professional (CAI-PAP)
CAI-PAP is a certification for process improvement practitioners, project managers, and operations leaders who need to identify, design, and implement AI-driven automation within real workflows, not just understand AI conceptually, but apply it to specific process problems. Across 14-16 hours of instruction, participants build practical skills in automation opportunity identification, integrating AI-driven automation into the DMAIC framework, vendor-neutral tool selection, human-in-the-loop design for automated processes, and measuring automation impact and ROI. The program is platform-agnostic and pairs naturally with Lean Six Sigma credentials, extending traditional process improvement methodology into automated and AI-assisted workflows.
