In-Person & Virtual Certifications For students enrolled in our live cohort programs (via Zoom or in person), the following criteria must be met: -Completion of required coursework -Passing score on the certification exam -Project submission or case study (for Green Belt and above) -Certificates are then issued within 3–5 business days of completion. Fast Track Certification by Portfolio Review Issuance Process 🔹Our Fast Track Program is designed for professionals who already demonstrate leadership, management, or technical excellence in their roles. To qualify, individuals must submit official documentation such as: -Military evaluations/awards -Civilian performance reports or awards -Proof of leadership, project oversight, or systems management -Every submission is individually reviewed by a credentialing team, not automated or mass-approved. If approved, certifications are issued within 48–72 hours with an official certificate number, CSSC-accredited documentation, and verification access. WE DO NOT OFFER "PAY-FOR-PAPER" CETIFICATIONS. -We do not bundle certifications by default, and only award what has been earned and justified. Verification System Every certification we issue includes a unique certificate ID number tracked in our internal database. Employers, clients, and credential holders can visit: 👉 topofdescentinstitute.education/verify to confirm the authenticity of any certificate. If additional verification is needed, email info@topofdescentinstitute.education and our team will assist within 24–48 hours. This ensures full transparency and integrity in all our issued credentials. Code of Ethics & Quality Standards At Top of Descent Leadership Institute, we uphold a strict Code of Professional Ethics: We do not issue “pay-for-paper” certifications. All Fast Track awards are based on documented leadership, experience, or expertise. All cohort or in-person certifications require real learning, assessments, and proof of mastery. We do not bundle certifications without review. Each certificate must stand on its own merit. We respect client privacy, but we do not allow certificate forging or misrepresentation. We believe every credential should be earned, verifiable, and respected in any industry. Refund / Review Policy We want every learner and credential holder to feel confident in their investment. For Fast Track certifications, if a submission is denied, no certification is issued and the applicant is offered guidance or a refund. For live classes, refunds are available within 48 hours of payment — prior to class start. Once a certificate is issued, all sales are final due to the time and evaluation involved.
