DOCUMENTATION INTEGRITY

Fast Track determinations are based exclusively on authentic, verifiable professional documentation. Please submit official records that accurately reflect your experience and accomplishments.
Top of Descent Leadership Institute was founded on a simple principle: real-world leadership, operational excellence, and measurable performance deserve credible professional recognition. Across the military, government, aviation, and technical sectors, countless professionals are already operating at levels aligned with Lean Six Sigma, project management, Agile leadership, and operational excellence frameworks, often in environments far more demanding than traditional corporate settings. Yet many of these individuals remain overlooked by conventional certification pathways that focus heavily on classroom time rather than demonstrated execution. TDLI was built to change that.

Credential Determination Validity Period

All Fast Track credential determinations issued by Top of Descent Leadership Institute are valid for 30 calendar days from the date of the determination letter. Applicants must complete payment and certificate issuance within this window. Determinations that expire prior to payment will require a new submission and review. Top of Descent Leadership Institute reserves the right to reassess eligibility based on any updated documentation or policy changes at the time of resubmission.
Self-authored documentation will NOT be accepted as standalone support for any credential determination. This includes candidate-written portfolios, project write-ups, or narrative summaries that are not independently corroborated within an official record. Applicants may submit a narrative or portfolio to organize their supporting materials, but every claimed outcome must be traceable to, and verifiable against, an official source document. Applicants whose submissions rely solely on self-authored materials will be asked to provide the underlying official documentation before a determination can be issued.

Frequently asked questions

01
How many evaluations should I submit?
