⚡Fast Track Certification:Built ONLY for Leaders Who’ve Already Put in the Work
At Top of Descent Leadership Institute (TDLI), we understand that not all mastery happens in a classroom. It often happens on the ground, in high-pressure environments where real decisions are made, teams are led, and systems are improved. The Fast Track Certification Program is designed to formally recognize the applied expertise that seasoned professionals already possess — through a rigorous, standards-based portfolio review process.
✅ Who Qualifies? ✅ Military Leaders (E6 and above) 🏛️ Government Professionals (GS-7 and above) 🏗️ Project Managers, Instructors, and Innovators 📈 Civilians who’ve led measurable process improvement initiatives 🔍 How the Process Works: 1. Portfolio Submission Applicants submit documentation that reflects real-world achievements aligned to certification outcomes. Examples include: Project completion reports Training material authored or delivered EVALs, FITREPs, OPRs, or appraisals Command letters, awards, process audits, and impact statements
Send ALL Documentation to Topofdescentsimulations@gmail.com 2. Credentialing Team Review A certified panel thoroughly evaluates each portfolio against our internal certification standards. In some cases, a brief interview (15–30 minutes) is conducted to verify claims or clarify leadership contributions. 3. Approval & Payment Once your experience has been approved as meeting certification-level expectations, you’ll be invited to submit payment. 💡 If you pay before your portfolio is reviewed and approved, the payment is refunded. We do not issue certifications without verification of credentials.
📎 Why the Fast Track Fee Matches the Course Fee We charge the same certification fee for Fast Track recipients as we do for course-based learners — and here's why: You’re receiving the same credential. Whether earned through coursework or portfolio review, the certificate carries the same professional weight, accreditation, and tracking. The review process is equally labor-intensive. Our team still dedicates time to thoroughly analyze your documentation, align it to certification criteria, and conduct interviews when necessary. Quality and integrity are upheld across all pathways. Fast Track is not a discount—it’s a different route to the same standard. *This ensures fairness to all candidates while preserving the credibility and market value of the certification itself.* 4. Certification Issued Upon successful review and confirmation of eligibility, we issue:A "Proof of Accreditation" Letter A professionally designed PDF certificate A tracking number and listing in our public directory A letter of validation upon request (for employers, HR, etc.) 🛡️ Why It’s Ethical, Valid, and Professionally Recognized This approach is not only ethical, it is professionally grounded and widely accepted. Here's why: 📘 1. Based on the Portfolio Assessment Model The portfolio review process is a validated, academic-standard method of credentialing. It’s used by: Universities and community colleges (e.g., Prior Learning Assessment or PLA for college credit) Military programs (e.g., Joint Services Transcript [JST], Navy COOL) Professional boards (e.g., PMI, SHRM, and Six Sigma credentialing bodies) We apply the same principles, requiring documentation, verification, and alignment to clearly defined learning or competency outcomes. 🧾 2. Transparency and Individualized Assessment We never issue certifications in bulk or without proof. Each candidate’s experience is reviewed individually. We do not bundle certifications. We assign tracking numbers and maintain a certificate verification page for employers. Every credential issued is backed by documentation and subject to audit or review. 📜 3. Accredited and Standards-Aligned Top of Descent Leadership Institute is: Accredited by the Council for Six Sigma Certification (CSSC) Listed with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) Operates under clearly published standards, ethical guidelines, and credential issuance procedures We align our certifications with recognized frameworks and ensure every process meets or exceeds industry-standard assessment practices. 🚫 4. Not a Diploma Mill or “Pay-for-Paper” Our core value is credibility through competence. That’s why: If your portfolio does not meet the requirements, we either request additional documentation, recommend formal training, or decline the certification. We actively refund payments made in error (prior to approval) We maintain zero-tolerance for misrepresentation or fraud 🎯 Final Word: Why It Matters You’ve already trained teams, executed missions, solved complex problems, and delivered impact — often in high-stakes environments. The Fast Track Certification Program validates that reality and puts credentials in your hands that reflect what you’ve already earned, not just what you’ve been taught. This is not only ethical — it’s overdue. 👉 Ready to claim credit for the expertise you already have? Visit our Contact Us page or speak with a TDLI advisor to begin your portfolio review.
Bulk & Entity Certification Reviews Top of Descent Leadership Institute offers bulk credential reviews for organizations, commands, and institutions that have already provided formal, verified, and documented professional training aligned with industry-recognized standards. Through this process, qualified entities may submit collective documentation — such as course syllabi, completion rosters, and verification letters — for evaluation against Top of Descent Leadership Institute’s certification criteria and Council for Six Sigma Certification (CSSC) alignment standards. Approved submissions allow participants to receive individual credentials reflecting their verified training, experience, and demonstrated competency — without redundant coursework. Each certification issued under this pathway carries its own verifiable tracking number and credential record, maintaining the same rigor, integrity, and documentation as individual Fast Track reviews. Organizations seeking to conduct a bulk or team certification review can contact us directly at Topofdescentsimulations@gmail.com to initiate the verification process and obtain entity-level submission guidelines.
⚖️ Integrity & Accreditation Statements Integrity Statement: At Top of Descent Leadership Institute, our certifications are not pay-for-paper. Each credential is earned through documented professional experience, completion of formal training, or successful demonstration of real-world performance. We are not endorsed by the Department of Defense or any federal agency. However, our certification process maintains strict integrity and transparency to ensure every recipient has genuinely earned their credential. Academic Integrity Statement: All awarded certifications are backed by structured syllabi, accreditation standards, and external recognition. Our Lean Six Sigma certifications (Yellow through Master Black Belt) are fully accredited through the Council for Six Sigma Certification (CSSC) and issued with verifiable tracking numbers. All other certifications are proprietary, developed in-house by subject matter experts, and benchmarked to industry and academic standards to ensure professional rigor and credibility.
