These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, products, services, and certifications, whether purchased online, through Fast Track, or via instructor-led cohorts. By accessing or using our website or enrolling in any course or certification, you agree to these Terms in full. 1. Eligibility & Conduct To use our services, you must: Be at least 18 years old (or have guardian permission if younger) Provide truthful, accurate information during registration or Fast Track submission Not misuse our materials, certifications, or content Misuse includes falsifying credentials, copying our proprietary course content, or misrepresenting affiliation with us. 2. Certification Integrity Our certifications are issued based on: Completion of required training or Verified professional experience via the Fast Track review process We reserve the right to: Reject a submission that lacks sufficient evidence Revoke any credential issued under false or misleading information 🔒 We are not affiliated with the Department of Defense or any federal agency. Our certifications are not government-issued licenses. 3. Intellectual Property All course content, templates, logos, and materials are the intellectual property of Top of Descent Leadership Institute and may not be copied, redistributed, or modified without written permission. 4. Payment & Refunds All course fees must be paid in full before certification is issued. Refund Policy: Due to the digital and credential-based nature of our products, all sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing. Fast Track review fees are non-refundable once the review process has begun. 6. Course Access Access to course materials (videos, quizzes, documents) is typically granted: -Immediately for self-paced users -On scheduled dates for cohort-based classes -We reserve the right to suspend access due to: -Violation of these Terms -Non-payment -Discovery of fraudulent activity 7. Limitation of Liability Top of Descent Leadership Institute is not liable for: Employment decisions based on our certifications Misuse of credentials by the holder Errors in third-party data reporting or badge platforms You agree to use our materials and credentials at your own risk. 8. Disclaimers We are an independent private training provider, not affiliated with any government, military, or regulatory entity. Completion of a course or certificate does not guarantee employment, job placement, or promotion. 9. Termination We may suspend or terminate your account/certification without notice if: You violate any part of these Terms You submit false documentation You engage in conduct that damages our brand or misleads the public 10. Changes to These Terms We may update these Terms periodically. By continuing to use our services after changes are made, you agree to the revised Terms. 11.
